1. Our Commitment to Privacy
Vintage Top Shelf understands the importance of privacy when ordering adult printed material. All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging to protect customer confidentiality.
2. Packaging Standards
Every order shipped by Vintage Top Shelf will be:
- Packaged in plain, unbranded outer packaging
- Free of any external markings that identify the contents as adult material
- Free of any references to the Vintage Top Shelf trading name on the outer packaging where practicable
- Secured appropriately for safe transit
3. Shipping Labels
Shipping labels will display only the information required by the postal or courier service for delivery: the recipient name and address, and a return address. The return address used on packaging is designed to be neutral and provider-friendly and does not identify the parcel as originating from an adult goods retailer.
4. Purpose of Discreet Packaging
Discreet packaging is provided for the legitimate purpose of protecting customer privacy and ensuring safe transit of goods. It is not intended for, and does not facilitate, the concealment of unlawful goods. All items dispatched by Vintage Top Shelf are legal physical publications sold in compliance with applicable law.
5. International Shipments
For international orders, customs declarations will accurately describe the goods in general terms (for example, “printed matter” or “books/magazines”) as required by law. Vintage Top Shelf will not make false or misleading customs declarations.
