1. Overview

The Vintage Top Shelf Rewards Club is a customer loyalty programme available to registered users of www.vintagetopshelf.co.uk. The scheme allows customers to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases.

2. Eligibility

The Rewards Club is open to customers who are aged 18 or over and have created an account on the website. Because Vintage Top Shelf sells age-restricted adult material, all account holders must comply with the age restriction requirements set out in the main Terms and Conditions and Age Verification Policy.

Participation in the Rewards Club does not require consent to receive marketing emails. Customers may choose to subscribe to marketing communications separately and may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Earning Points

Customers may earn points on eligible purchases. Standard earning rates are:

  • 10 points for every £1.00 spent on eligible purchases
  • 250 bonus points for joining the Rewards Club
  • 200 bonus points for placing a first order

From time to time, additional promotional earning rates may be offered, including double points events, category-based bonuses, and seasonal campaigns. Promotions are subject to specific conditions including dates, product eligibility, and stock limitations. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

4. Points Value and Redemption

Points may be redeemed for discount vouchers. Current redemption values are:

  • 500 points = £5.00 voucher
  • 1,000 points = £10.00 voucher

Additional reward tiers may be introduced from time to time. Redemption values may be changed by Vintage Top Shelf on reasonable notice.

5. How to Redeem Points

To redeem points:

Log into your account on www.vintagetopshelf.co.uk

Access the “My Account” area

Open the Points or Rewards section

Select the reward you wish to redeem

Generate a coupon code

Apply the code at checkout

A minimum order value of £20.00 applies to redemptions unless otherwise stated.

6. Coupon and Reward Use

Redeemed points are converted into single-use coupon codes for eligible purchases. The following rules apply to coupons:

  • Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed
  • Minimum or maximum redemption thresholds may apply
  • Coupons may be restricted to certain products, categories, or promotional periods
  • Coupons may carry an expiry date
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Points Rules

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder
  • Points may only be earned and redeemed on eligible purchases
  • Points are not awarded on shipping charges, cancelled orders, or refunded orders
  • Points are not awarded on products specifically excluded from the scheme

8. Order Adjustments

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or reversed after points have been awarded, Vintage Top Shelf reserves the right to remove or adjust those points. Where points have been redeemed against an order that is later cancelled or refunded, points will be re-credited or adjusted accordingly.

9. Points Expiry

Vintage Top Shelf reserves the right to apply an expiry period to loyalty points. Where an expiry policy is applied, points may expire 12 months after being awarded unless redeemed beforehand. We will provide reasonable notice of any expiry policy before it takes effect.

10. Changes to the Scheme

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Rewards Club at any time. This may include changes to points earning rates, redemption values, promotions, eligibility, and usage conditions. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms and Conditions, published on the website.

11. Misuse of the Scheme

We reserve the right to remove points, cancel rewards, or suspend or terminate participation in the Rewards Club where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of the scheme, including:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Account manipulation or creation of multiple accounts
  • Breach of the main Terms and Conditions or any other site policy

12. Technical Issues

Vintage Top Shelf is not responsible for temporary technical issues affecting the crediting, display, or redemption of points. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve any issues reported to us at info@vintagetopshelf.co.uk.

13. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the Rewards Club is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. Joining the Rewards Club does not constitute consent to marketing communications.

14. General

The Rewards Club is provided at our discretion and does not create a contractual right to ongoing participation or reward availability. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
