1. Overview

This policy explains how Vintage Top Shelf processes, dispatches, and delivers orders. Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed during the checkout process before you are required to make payment.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch notification by email when your order is sent.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders will be delivered within 30 calendar days of the order date. Estimated delivery times by destination are as follows (these are estimates and not guarantees):

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • International: 7–21 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, carrier performance, and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a reputable courier service. The shipping method available for your order will be shown at checkout. Where tracked delivery is available, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch notification.

  • Tracked delivery (domestic)
  • International Tracked delivery (international orders)

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. The external label does not describe the contents as adult material. The return address used on packaging is designed to be neutral and provider-friendly. Packaging is designed for privacy and safe transit, not for the concealment of unlawful goods.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. Vintage Top Shelf cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Customs and Import Duties — International Orders

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the importation of adult printed material is lawful in their country
  • Paying any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import charges
  • Complying with local customs clearance requirements

Vintage Top Shelf cannot control or predict customs delays, restrictions, or confiscations. No refund will be issued where items are delayed or confiscated by customs authorities unless the items are returned to us in their original condition.

8. Lost or Delayed Items

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@vintagetopshelf.co.uk. For domestic UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days before reporting a non-delivery. For international orders, please allow 30 calendar days.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs clearly showing the damage. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
