Are your magazines original?

Yes. All items sold by Vintage Top Shelf are original vintage publications. Reproductions will only be offered where clearly stated in the product description.

Are the magazines used?

Yes. All products are pre-owned vintage magazines. Condition will vary depending on age and previous ownership.

How do I know the condition of an item?

Each product listing includes photographs of the actual item and a condition description based on our Condition Grading Guide.

Are items cleaned or restored?

Magazines are generally not restored in order to preserve their original condition. Any cleaning or conservation work will normally be disclosed in the product listing.

2. Orders and Delivery

How quickly are orders shipped?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, subject to postal restrictions and destination country regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can be legally imported into their jurisdiction.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without references to product content.

3. Returns and Issues

Can I return a magazine if I change my mind?

Under UK consumer law, customers may have 14 days to request a return, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, providing photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
