Rewards Club Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Vintage Top Shelf Rewards Club. By creating an account, earning points, or redeeming rewards, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

1. Overview

The Vintage Top Shelf Rewards Club is a customer loyalty programme available to registered users of vintagetopshelf.co.uk. The scheme allows customers to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases.

2. Eligibility

The Rewards Club is open to customers aged 18 years or over who create an account on the website.

Participation in the Rewards Club does not require consent to receive marketing emails. Customers may choose to subscribe to marketing communications separately and may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Earning Points

Customers may earn points on eligible purchases and promotions. Standard earning rates include:

  • 10 points for every £1.00 spent on eligible purchases
  • 250 bonus points for joining the Rewards Club
  • 200 bonus points for placing a first order

From time to time, additional promotions may be offered, including:

  • Double points events
  • Category-based bonus promotions
  • Seasonal or limited-time campaigns

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, including date, product, category, or stock limitations. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

4. Points Value and Redemption

Points may be redeemed for discount vouchers through the customer account area. Example redemption values include:

  • 500 points = £5.00 voucher
  • 1,000 points = £10.00 voucher

Additional reward tiers may be introduced from time to time.

5. How to Redeem Points

  • Log into your account on vintagetopshelf.co.uk
  • Access the “My Account” area
  • Open the Points or Rewards section
  • Select the reward you wish to redeem
  • Generate a coupon code
  • Apply the code at checkout

Reward vouchers may be subject to a minimum order value. A minimum spend of £20.00 applies unless otherwise stated.

6. Coupon and Reward Use

Redeemed points are converted into coupon codes for use on eligible purchases.

  • Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed
  • Minimum or maximum redemption thresholds may apply
  • Coupons may be restricted to certain products, categories, or promotional periods
  • Coupons may be subject to expiry dates

7. Points Rules

  • Points have no cash value
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder
  • Points may only be earned and redeemed on eligible purchases

Points are not awarded on:

  • Shipping charges
  • Cancelled or refunded orders
  • Products specifically excluded from the scheme

8. Order Adjustments

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, Vintage Top Shelf reserves the right to remove or adjust any points associated with that order.

Where points have been redeemed against an order that is later cancelled or refunded, points may be re-credited or adjusted accordingly.

9. Points Expiry

Vintage Top Shelf reserves the right to apply an expiry period to loyalty points. Where applicable, points may expire 12 months after being awarded unless redeemed beforehand.

10. Changes to the Scheme

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Rewards Club at any time. This may include changes to:

  • Points earning rates
  • Redemption values
  • Promotions and campaigns
  • Eligibility or usage conditions

Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Misuse of the Scheme

We reserve the right to remove points, cancel rewards, or suspend participation where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of the scheme, including:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of promotions
  • Account manipulation
  • Breach of website terms or policies

12. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for temporary technical issues affecting the crediting, display, or redemption of points. However, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported issues.

13. General

The Rewards Club is provided at our discretion and does not create a contractual right to ongoing participation or reward availability.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
