Customers can earn loyalty points on eligible purchases and selected promotional campaigns, then redeem those points for discount vouchers through their account area.
Current standard rewards
- 10 points for each £1.00 spent on eligible products
- 250 points upon joining the Rewards Club
- 200 points upon placing a first order
Selected promotional campaigns may include
- Double Points events
- Enhanced points on selected clearance items
- Enhanced points on selected new stock categories
Reward examples
- 500 points = £5.00 voucher
- 1,000 points = £10.00 voucher
Important:
- Points expire after 12 months if unused
- Reward vouchers require a minimum spend of £20
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points are not earned on shipping or refunded orders
- The Rewards Club may be changed or withdrawn at any time
